We also help you communicate with examining sections and legal departments, and we will defend your claims, be it before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, German Federal Patent Court and regular German courts, before the European Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office or the recently established Unified Patent Court. We handle translations into the necessary official languages and pay your maintenance fees. With our tried-and-tested global network of colleagues, we provide validation in exactly those countries in which your ideas require protection.
