Professional liability insurance is provided by SIGNAL IDUNA, Head Office Dortmund, Joseph-Scherer-Str. 3, 44139 Dortmund, without restriction of geographical scope, under policy no.: 81.128.976. It meets at least the requirements of Section 45 of the Patent Attorney Regulations (PAO) and Section 8 (4) of the Partnership Act (PartGG).

The competent consumer arbitration board in Germany for financial disputes arising from a client relationship is the Arbitration Board of the Bar Association (Neue Grünstraße 17, D-10179 Berlin, http://www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de).
