Karl H. Wagner †
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Munich/Germany. Admitted as German Patent Attorney in 1970.
Admitted as European Patent Attorney since opening of the EPO in
1978. Admitted as European Trademark Attorney since opening of
the OHIM in 1995. Admitted as European Design Attorney since
2003 (when the European Community Design was introduced).
Worked in the international section of the patent department of
Eastman Kodak in Rochester, NY from 1970 to 1972. Started the
firm after his return to Germany in1972. In 1983, Mr. Wagner joined
forces with Dr. Ulrich F. Geyer to form the firm "WAGNER & GEYER".
Mr. Wagner has extensive experience in patent prosecution for direct
foreign clients (mostly large Japanese and US corporations) in a
wide range of technology, mostly in the field of mechanical and
electrical engineering. Mr. Wagner is also experienced in patent
litigation, opinion work, trademarks and designs.
